Headset Replacement from Logitech G35

Hey there,

i´ve been using a Logitech G35 for a few years as my more or less daily Gaming headset

As its a pretty old Piece by now and i left left it at the school i go to and wont get back there for at least 4 weeks, i thought id buy a new one.
Im not particularly good with audio Setup and i dont know much about it anyway.

Im now looking for something as a replacement,

That is about like the G35 (as that doesnt seem to still be made)

The G35 as u may know is an USB Headset with advertised 7.1 Sound.
 

i want:

A wired connection ( if possible Via USB im not an audiophile)
A Microphone that is attached to it and muteabel with a button press/ via moving it out of the way,
Closed Earcups (Noice Canceling isnt a must have, i use it in a quiet room anyway)
Good for Locating sound in FPS games (the distance and the direction)

I dont need Macros on it, i only ever used the Volume Weel and the Mic mute on my G35 the other buttons could be missing too.

Prize: Im willing to pay up to 250€ (Germany) for a really goood and well made piece, as i want it to last pretty long and be sturdy,with bout 100-175€ being the best prize range for me.
