Hello!

I was wondering if 2 people could play on 1 pc, like, have 2 different monitors and one person can play a game on that monitor but the other person can play something else on the other monitor with each having their own mouse and keyboard.

Sorry if I'm giving a bad example.

Yes you can, my brother and I used to game on a single PC but the configuration was slightly different, one would use the monitor keyboard and mice on a game while the other would play another game on a TV hooked up to the PC using a Xbox 360 controller.

This is through virtualization which becomes required if you'll scale past two, but only 2 players/games at once can be done natively simply by booting both games, setting one to continue running even if loses focus and then sign which peripherals the game is supposed to use, it's easier if you go with the gamepad on one and keyboard/mice on the other.

you can do that with vms and device passthrough, or do it with multipoint.

but its probably cheaper and easier to build 2 cheaper pcs.
