ryzen 5 1400 stuck on 1.55ghz

Go to solution Solved by nick name,

Check what Maximum Performance State in your Windows power plan is set to.  If it's below 100% then that is the likely culprit.

Then go to Settings -> Power, look at the Power Profile or reset that.

my power settings were set on ehm ( i am german ) "energy-save mode" i put it now to normal maybe that was the problem indeed gotta bench now
