AW m17xr3 Win10 explain plz

Alienware m17xR3, Worked fine on windows 10 without issue, no blue screens...flawless for over 2 years. 

 

I did a repaste and cleaning, pressing the power button after it was unplugged to ensure no electrical charge was left(as instructed to by an Alienware tech).

 

After all was done I start it back up to hours of blue screens before it would ever hit desktop. It remained that way for over a month taking hours going through blue screens mainly with a driver state power failure before it would start to desk top each day.

 

Can anyone explain why this happened and it will no longer allow me to install windows 10? Im told my system does not support it but I don't believe this because everyone I know that has a similar model and ALL being sold on sites like ebay are running Win10. 

 

Any information on this topic would be greatly appreciated! As right now Im stuck on a crappy running version of 7 and even if I wanted to sell it I wouldn't get far with it stuck on the current OS its on.
