Low GPU usage ?

Hello I have no idea why but, when I play to someting I have low GPU usage (maximum 28%)

Benchmark, 98%.

Yes ALL my drivers is updated.

I play at 1080P

144Hz, and nope

If you run some kind of brutal benchmark like furmark does your GPU get fully utilised?
