It's really really hard to say no to any older models sporting a 1060. Hell, I got mine on a sale and I'm rockin' a 8750H and a 1060 for $800. Then again, if you're really set on a 20-series GPU, they're not horrible. The 1660/Ti models are supposed to be coming soon so, that's a potential thing now too.

Mistake on the naming. It's DDR4. Yeah that's a pretty decent deal. Also the performance difference between the 8750H and 9750H are literally non-existent since they throttle to the same point when they throttle for power. xD (100mhz higher boosts don't make a processor magically better at the 3GHz+ range. :P)

Yes. Laptops haven't used DDR3 RAM since Haswell (4000 series i7), and very few select laptop models with the 6th gen series parts

Well he's an idiot. xD

These parts can't use DDR3. Besides, ask him why the same laptop from Dell's page uses DDR4? :P

I'd like to make a point that yeah, it's a Max-Q 1060, but that's within 10% of a normal 1060 and can EASILY be overclocked to a desktop 1060 simply because these are binned parts. God know how many times @GeneXiS_X said that. :D

I rock a 1060. It maxes out pretty much every game I have at 1080p without a hitch and in games that it doesn't max out, it'll do 100 FPS On high. xD
