Spam or Legit? BLINQ

I'm looking to buy a gaming/work laptop that is affordable and came across this website. I contacted their customer support and the response came back very quickly in perfect English. Reviews say that they're legit, but who knows. Does anyone have any experience buying from BLINQ? Thanks in advance. ?

Sorry @Crunchy Dragon Can I delete this? Or a better question is what is the most appropriate place to ask this question? I really wanna know if this is legit. Please share your exp if you have bought stuff from them before.
