Need help troubleshooting mobo

So I bought a refurbished motherboard (GA-Z270P-D3) and I assembled the pc, the same process that I normally do. Except it won’t boot. I just get either 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, or 8 short beeps, depending on what I unplug/plug in trying to trouble shoot myself. Any ideas??

 

EDIT: Found out it was a faulty PSU. Swapped them for kicks because my wife pitched the idea, and she guessed it. I had a blown capacitor in the psu.
