That depends on the radiator (most are 120mm but some are 240 and above). You might be able to put it in the rear fan, but for a quick glance at your profile you've got a NH-D15 which might make it hard to mount radiators anywhere (rear or top).

I am using an asus prime x470 pro with a amd wraith spyre

it is a 1080 ti

I’m sure it could. A lot of spots for rads/ fans.
