I'm have a issue where the ingame resolution option to cap FPS is not working. I've 144hz 2k panel with gtx1080 and fps is well above 200fps majority of a time falling out of the Gsync range. I know i can use 3rd party software such as msi afterburner but would prefer to use the ingame options as anti-cheat will false positive stuff.

Try this...

  • Press ~ to open the console
  • Type in gametime.maxvariablefps 144
  • Press Enter
  • Press ~ again to close the console
  • To disable this setting, bring up console again and type in gametime.maxvariablefps 0

There is no enemy. The foe on the battlefield is merely the manifestation of that which we must overcome. The doubt, and fear, and despair. Every battle is fought within. Conquer the battlefield that lies inside you, and the enemy disappears like the illusion it is.
