From what I understand HWcompare isn't a very good website to conpair video cards. it's not even real benchparks its just shit 99% of most people don't understand other than "hey one has a bigger number ill go with that"

The 690 is a 680 sli--similar to a 770 sli.

For 1080p gaming, it is unmatched. It will suffer at resolutions above 1600p due to the 2GB frame buffer.

The 690 is better but I'd rather get the 780 Ti since it's basically on par with the 690. Also you don't have to deal with SLI problems.
