Upgraded PC but now can't play games(help)

So I recently upgraded my PC by removing my HDD and instead added 2- M.2 NVME SSD's together with 2 more 8GB ram sticks for a total of 32GB. I reinstalled every game and application to my new storage devices and now every time I start a game it doesn't even run more than 3 minutes before crashing. I ran memory diagnostic scan and everything was cleared. I have also tried running the games with only 2 sticks of RAM like before the upgrade and had no luck there either. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction as to what it is that I need to do to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.

Please list you components out first. Try reset CMOS (the motherboard's bios) so it runs at stock settings first

Do you know the other specs of your system?

Did you kill your boot drive?

Were you running RAID at all?

Do you have backups and or a Windows Restore Point

I dont believe I killed it because it showed up as good on the scan. Im not aware of RAID. I do have a restore point

Try your restore point, and see if that helps

Also, try installing games to a different drive to see as well
