Upgrading a karaoke laptop

I have a laptop that is used strictly for karaoke and right now it has a conventional hard drive that runs at 54000 RPM I would like to upgrade it to a m. 2 SSD but I'm wondering which is better m. 2 SSD or m.2 mvne with an m. 2 conversion kit?

I'm also wondering if it would be a better choice to do two 1tb m.2 in raid 0 for preformance.
