Division 2 Vendors

I just got into my first world tier, and I'm almost a 300 gear score. Why do all the vendors stock stuff with max 270 gear score? 

 

Also, while I'm airing my grievances, why do higher specd items usually carry lower gear scores and vice versa? This seems completely backwards

Probably better getting in on the many many similar threads over on the ubi forums. But the answers to your questions, the devs hate you and want you to struggle endlessly in the hunt for gear, I spent 2 1/2 weeks trying to get any of 5 builds put together, I ended up getting 1 close enough to use but had to sacrifice skill power If they made it easy to make progress people might actually have fun playing the game and they can't allow that. lol (but seriously it's just poor design choices by the devs, vendors are next to useless, gear has very wide windows for stats and lower gs for some reason is weighted to tend toward the high end while high gs items are weighted toward the lower end)

The division 2 is such a bad game. I’m at 60 hours played, last tier and 500 gear score. Can’t get a build together for the life of me because I never get the rolls I want or need on my gear. 

 

I deleted the game and im playing siege again full time. The devs for the division totally screwed this game up for me. I know there are people that love this game but the stupid grind for hours on end to try to get a gear piece isn’t fun to me at all. 

 

If you enjoy it, by all means have fun. The game could of been great, but it fell short for me

The division 2 is not a game I like, I played 6hours but I prefer assassin's creed

I'm pushing them to make crafting useful and make it possible to construct a build, selecting the attributes and talents letting them roll at a low capped value. Relying on RNG for gear with a large gear pool makes for a miserable gaming experience when it's all you have to get functional gear
