Why am I getting low fps

Why am I getting such little FPS on Radeon rx 560 (eh processor i5 6400 stock ghz) but like in roe basically pubg I’m getting like 30-40 FPS. In comparison a 1050 ti basically the same thing with a i7 8770 ( a lot better) is getting 60-70 am I getting cpu bottle necked. (Both with 16 gb of ram)

Well rx560 is bad for pubg and i have i5-6400and its bad too, play pupg 720p low 60fps just fine

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

I ha e 1050ti and 15-6400.in pupg 1080p low 50fps-55fps mostly, 1050ti just sucks ass at pupg, and why u have i7 8700 and 1050ti taht bad combo for gaming
