Wierd thing on my io shield

Grounding tabs. Just make sure they are not inside of the ports when you put the motherboard in, they should contact the top or side of the ports.

They're ground contacts between the motherboard and IO Shield.  Do nothing with them.

@MilkTeaAndTwixThose are to ground the ports to the chassis.

 

Just make sure they dont impede access to the ports.
