Cyclic error, is the drive dead ?

Need help guys, I'm trying to access an external drive but it won't show up. I can see it in disk management but it lists it as Unallocated. If I try to create a partition I get the error. There are a ton of photo's on the drive that I need to recover. Any Ideas ?

I have tried EASEUS Data recovery but it can't find and partitions or files.

The drive is a Toshiba DTB310 1TB.

You're going to have to take that drive to a data recovery company if you want to recover anything from it as in it's current state (with that error message) it's knackered and is likely to cost a fair amount to recover the data which is why it's important to have backups on a separate drive that isn't connected to the computer all the time.
