mobo boot loop problem

I have a mih370m bazooka with an inten i7 6700 in it.500 80+ evga psu and 16(8x2) gb of hyperx predator ram.

Whenever I boot my this pc without any ram it turns on but no post nor sound.But when I even put in 1 stick of ram in any slot the pc starts boot looping. Does anyone know how to fix this.

Please leave questions and I will try to answer them the best I can

can you get into bios? try 1 ram stick in each slot, then repeat with the other ram stick.

not gonna say this will fix it bu whne this happened to me before a cmos clear fixed it fixed it.

ive tried that with each stick and the same thing woul happen

I tried taking out the cmos for 5 min,hold power button, put the cmos back in with ram and it didnt work
