Hi guys had my 9900k at 5.1ghz and had it where it didn't downclock stayed at 5.1 iv'e since re installed windows and its down clocking when booted up it stays at 5.1 for like 5 minutes then starts changing, i've got max performance on power and nvidia iv'e changed my bios cStates to disabled any advise?

yeah but i want to keep it at 5.1ghz with the settings i'm putting on it shouldn't down clock

disable any performance enhancing and such related to the CPU and apply the overclock in bios. should work as advertized
