Hey there;  I'm using a motherboard which has 4 RAM slots . At the beginning thought to use a single 8GB DDR4 ram stick in this build , by the way , when I watched some PC build video they are saying to use 2 x 4GB RAM

stick insted of 1. So even if I use 2 x 4GB RAM

could i add 2 x 8GB RAM in the future up grade

As long as you made sure that all the sticks were using the same memory chips and that each channel had one 4 and one 8 gig stick, yes, that should work.

By the way if don't have enough money to buy 2 x 8GB RAM sticks ! is it possible to use 1 x 8 GB with the previous 2 x 4 GB stick ?

yes, if you have different speed ram (2333 mhz and 3000 mhz for example) it will run at the lower speed, but it should work fine otherwise.
