450 watts is enough for a system with an RX 560 and i5 3570. The system should use less than 200w.

Do you already own the PSU or are you looking to buy it? Which model PSU is it?

Depends on the 450W PSU.

There are good 450W PSU where that is absolutely no problem such as Bitfenix Formula.

There are bad 450W PSU where that isn't possible, because it either is too old or was not good anyway.

 

Depends on the PSU, Wattage alone is not enough.
