Is this a good monitor to upgrade to?

Hello everyone, I'm a hobbyist artist and I've started to become frustrated with the limits of my current monitors 8 bit colour and want to upgrade to ones with 10 bit colour and was wondering if the ViewSonic VA2719-2K QHD IPS 27in Monitor  is a good choice?
