I want to build a desktop computer. I would use it for surfing the net and e-mail mostly I would like it to be fast. My budget is seven hundred dollars. I do not need a monitor or keg board. I don't know what is a good combination of components to put together. motherboard, CPU, ram, hard drive and etc. leroyjoe. Thanks for any suggestion.

Either you could do this build, or wait a bit and see how the Ryzen 3000 series range fleshes out as so far only the higher-end has been announced, the lower more budget-friendly one is still to be fully unveiled.
