German court orders Google to block Max Mosley sex pictures

This article discusses how Google has been taken to court by an individual in order to make it remove particular images from it's search results. While reasonable arguments can be made for and against this move, it does set a dangerous precedent that effectively makes Google liable for displaying these images. Going forward this is going to become a more and more important issue with ever increasing complexity.
