I was planning on getting the CoolerMaster Hyper212 evo but there are just so many choices to choose from...my price range is around $40-50.. The stock cooler keeps it pretty cool (my AMD FX-8320never gets over 45c while playing a game) but it is very loud and ruins the quietness of the whole system.. The socket is AM3+, thanks!

Just get the hyper 212 evo. It is the best budget cooler.

The XIGMATEK Dark Knight II SD1283 Night Hawk Edition CPU Cooler is a good choice.

The 212 EVO is very hard to beat, it's a very solid choice.

If you don't plan on doing very high overclocks, 212 EVO is pretty much the best bang for the buck right now. What's wrong with the stock cooler for the 8350? I took of the fan of one of them and replaced an OEM Core 2 Duo cooler fan with it. Still pretty quiet at 100%. You can use the motherboard's utilities to turn down the PWM fan speeds if you like. This'll sacrifice cooling performance but it'll run a lot quieter and I wouldn't be too worried at stock speeds cause the 8-core FX's ship with some pretty badass coolers (at least compared to the 6-core ones).
