Boot loop when Windows Sandbox is enabled (1903)

Hi, I recently installed Windows 1903, I know it's early days and I expected some issues.

But I was really looking forward to using Windows Sandbox instead of VirtualBox.

I have an i7 6700k and a Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI motherboard with VT-d enabled in the BIOS, I'm using the latest F22f firmware.

After installing 1903, I ran 'Turn Windows Features On and Off' and ticked Windows Sandbox to install the feature.

It says it installed and asks to restart.

Upon restart I get a boot loop, it runs three times and then Automatic Repair kicks in.

I ran Start Up Repair and it says it can't fix, so next I ran Safe Mode.

This then starts to load Windows and before Explorer/Login appears it loads a Sofware Update type screen (with the whirly wheel) and continues an installation/uninstallation.

I think it is basically uninstalling Windows Sandbox.

After this things are back to normal but obviously no Windows Sandbox.

I would guess this is a bug and may be fixed/updated some time down the line, but maybe this info is useful to someone?

Or perhaps there is an obvious cause/solution?

Quick Update: I tried turning on the Hyper-V feature (in Windows Features) and this also causes the same boot loop.

There was no need to run startup repair, I booted into Safe Mode where it uninstalls the feature and then returns to normal after another restart.
