Judging from the speed and your recent GPU, it's probably DDR4 indeed. Do you know anything about your motherboard and/or CPU? You can also download a program like CPU-Z or Speccy, they list quite a bit of information about your PC. You can also look inside your PC, it's on the memory module (or it can be seen when you google its name). If you're looking to upgrade your RAM, be wary of that you probably only have one more free slot (it says "slots used: 1 of 2"). Plopping in another stick of 16 GB to upgrade to 24 GB should be fine, if that's what you're looking to do.

I would suggest adding a second 8GB stick.

I've personally ran mismatched 2x4GB + 1x8GB DDR3 for years without any issues, and multiple mismatched DDR2 configurations too. Those are, indeed, just my experiences, so as usual, YMMV, but mismatched memory should not be a problem generally.  If the newer DDR4 that Sizzle has does not support running mismatched, I'd be quite upset for technology going backwards.
