My setup is OS : MS Windows 10 Pro APU : AMD Ryzen 2400G HDD: 1TB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-22MFCA0 SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 120GB MOBO: MSI b450 gaming pro carbon AC RAM: G.Skill RipjawsV 8GB DDR4-2800MHz (F4-2800C15D-8GVR)  Monitor : Samsung c24fg73  PSU: Corsair tx550m

Today i noticed that if i power off the computer and then try to turn it on, it doesnt even go to MSI logo. It stays at a previous point with a dash on the screen. Played with it for a while and when i just shutted it down and then powered it on it just couldnt get even to msi logo. So i tried shutting it down, then i turned off the psu, then i pressed once the power on button and after that, I turned psu on and powered the computer on without any problems..

I did the same thing many times and it seems that in order to power my pc on without any problems i should turn off the psu first.

What do you think is the issue?
