Oh don't get me wrong I have no loyalty to ANY of these parts, I would switch them in a heartbeat if I found better performance out of a cheaper one. As of right now your build is what I would / will build. Within the week I am trying to make a decision. But I TRULY appreciate your advice, i'll bookmark it right now.

i would wait a week anyways

because... you know... computex

I agree 100%. Once new chips are released we should see a flood of cheap used ones popping up.

and it seems that in the Ryzen 3 2200G vs the Ryzen 5 1600. The Ryzen 3 2200G VASTLY under performs?

userbenchmark overestimates it, but there's a noticeable difference

tho you can probably find a cheap one at a microcentre or something

Nope, didn't know. Was unaware of it until you just said that. What are your thoughts on EVGA's midweek madness sales? Think it's worth a crap?https://www.evga.com/products/feature.aspx

Yes, that's what I was getting at. Lemme rephrase. Do you believe it'd be better for me to wait until the first week of June if i'd like to save the max amount of money?

The TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR GPU? I mean don't get me wrong but... wouldn't that leave less for the rest of the build? Mind ya we are on a crunch here. I know a good deal when I see one and you're definitely right with the whole GDDR5 and the RGB lights (which makes it run faster of course), but I don't think it can be done.. can it?

I just can't bring myself to click the buy button especially knowing whats to potentially come in the next few weeks. That being said i'm gonna gather any and all info I possibly can from people as experienced as yourself and on June 5th i'm gonna see whats dropped and i'll make the purchases then most likely. Though I DO want everything now. I will head the advice of you all in order to save myself future heartbreak.

i mean... i don't believe rumors, but even for a price drop it isn't bad

Well I mean is it really a "rumor" per say? It's guaranteed they'll be showing new hardware right? Much as it goes with a car, if you release a new one: the older ones go down in value and in price.

Thank you for your input! But why the "Gigabyte - Radeon RX VEGA 56 8 GB Video Card"? I mean I could get a RX 590 for a lot less, and someone was kind enough to let me know earlier that for streaming and video editing that the graphics card isn't the main focus of the PC but in your build it seems to be the most expensive also pushing us past the $500 limit a LOT.

everything is a rumor... but we've seen a lot of mobo leaks ,so theoratically they should release soon enough

Would swap SSD with the adata su800. Dramless = no bueno, especially for primary OS drive

Extremely trash drive. 2D TLC, DRAMless, and most people have reported it slowing down huge after only being half full. Rather the tcsunbow X3 240gb, with dram for $28 instead.

Also the PSU is quite old. Rather a CX

They're both sata. Just because it's m.2 doesn't mean it's nvme
