Inbuilt acceleration on touchpad?

So I bought a acer spin 5 recently.It has weird issue of acceleration on the touchpad even when I turn precision pointer off on the mouse setting .I checked the regestry,and the honoracceleration is set to 0.The drivers are Elan drivers,updated and everything else is also up to date.
