Moving OS

Can i use EaseUs Todo to move my OS from my ssd1 to  ssd2 even if my downloads,documents,pictures,music,etc. folders are located stored in another drive (HDD)? Will there be any problem?

Move everything to the original drive, install windows on second drive, move important files(pictures, documents, saves/profiles for programs etc.)

Wipe original drive or whatever you had planned for it.
