No display

Hey all, just finished building a PC for my younger brother, pc boots up fine except my GPU it has a white led where the cable plugs into and that's on but fans aren't spinning and no display appears, any help is appreciated

Do you have CPU power cable plugged in?

Have you tried booting using onboard graphics?

Yup I have the CPU cable in I tried using onboard graphics and instead of no display it quickly popped up saying 1080p 60hz

This time it popped up with gigabyte and some other words and then went to black screen when trying to boot from onboard graphics

I kinda suspect your PSU to be an issue here. If you managed to get motherboard logo using E-GPU, that means your system posts. So when you were trying to boot using RX580, your PSU couldn't make it.

That's strange I thought it had the necessary watts

Nothing stops it from being faulty.
