Is the Radeon HD 6990 good?

Not really, other than being a collectible. Crossfire is barely supported anymore

That's a good price, but that's provided you have the psu for it. And also, it's gonna be loud. It's around 1050ti performance, so it's still just about relevant (Although not for much longer). And it's a dual GPU, so your results may vary a lot.

Meh. If you're using it for gaming, it's not worth your troubles, but that being said, it is a nice little collectible and it's bound to only go up in value.
