You have a really good setup here :)

Just make sure you have a decent Psu.

Its good but if you are really on a tight budget, theres a lot that you could trim off and still get near same performance

Amd performs nearly as well as intel and the platform is considerable cheaper than intel is in terms of the cpu and mobos

You really don't need to get a Mpower, something the g45 is just as good but if you really wanted the black/yellow scheme the asrock extreme 4 works just as well

As for the psu, I'd get any decent 80+ ~600W psu

Make sure to add a proper storage hhd

If you wanted to overclock a lot, the H100i is a great performance liquid cooler but if you wanted something more conservative, the hyper 212 is a great budget cooler

Lastly I would definitely get the 7970 that not only outperforms the 680 due to better drive optimizations but at a lower price too and not to mention the great game bundles amd offers

+1 on the 7970 idea. A 680 is what? $500-$650? You can get a 7970 for about $450 for near equal performance. I know which one I'd be getting. Actually, +1 on all of what Tony said - that will certainly cut down your pricetag for equal horsepower in gaming.  The only thing you haven't mentioned is a case? Thoughts/input?

Im planning on getting the fractal design r4 its one of the cheaper in my country and it looks awesome :D , I also want the build to be quiet. Amd fx 8350 costs about as much as an i5 3570k where i live atleast. My budget in dollars (im for sweden) is 1800 dollars and just to compare prices a i5 costs 264dollars.

 Thanks for the feed back

Another +1 for the 7970, It is deffinetly great price to performance (very good performance to be sure). Also the rest of it looks great, also as you said you were looking low noise I would look into getting the Noctua D14 it is top of the line in air cooling and very quiet while also being 20-30USD (131-197SEK) cheaper than the closed loop dual 120mm coolers.

The 7970 performs a little better overall and is much cheaper :) i'd go with that

I'd go ahead and say spend more on stuff you would keep through upgrades, like the cooler, case, monitor, peripherals, etc, and get a Sapphire Dual-X 7950 and overclock it. Definitely beats a stock 7970. Sort of matches a stock 680, if not beats it (unless you were planning to overclock the 7970 anyway, in which case ignore this).

The 7970 might actually better with any resolution higher than 1080p because the memory buss of the 680 is too slow. So even if it had 4gb vram the card can t fill or empty it fast enough.

Anything I write is just a comment, take is as such, there is no guarantees associated with anything I say.
