They are coordinates, pointing to Taipei, Taiwan. Specifically Beitou District, where the Asus headquarters are located:

Hi, I Have recently brought a ROG strix b450-F Motherboard And have Come across a strange set of numbers, I was hoping one of you could tell me what they are/mean?
