Need help with ram for ryzen

So I am gonna get this 16gb kit for my ryzen 2600 and x470 ultra gaming

But om the qvl the supported ram is

F4-3200C16D-8GTZR

But this one is 16g  and 3000mhz are these both the same but one is OC to 3200? Will this ram work fine with my board? I can't get any samsung bdie so this is the best ram I could get or the corsair rgb pro both for the same price and both are not samsung bdie. 

So will this ram run on 3000 out of box? Can I oc it to 3200 with the same timings? Thanks

Yes, that will be fine.. You can probably run it at 3200mhz with the same timings but if you run into any issues then just use Ryzen calculator and enter the timings manually..
