A quick google search brought up this photo: (I just assume your fans are red instead of RGB)

Most cases pull from the bottom to remove their front panels. I would imagine yours is similar, however there's no option that you can buy from the compant to replace the glass directly with mesh, so I would recommend three (3) 120mm fan mesh grills to cover the fans

Depends, either it comes off easily or its screwed or permanent connection meaning you can't do anything about it unless you want to break it.

yea im not sure about that and  without pic u cant tell much anyway unless u  have the same case ty tho :D
