HWInfo is one used by a lot of YouTubers, probably Linus too.

He uses Aida64 to stresstest CPU's, Cinebench to benchmark them.

I think they mainly use Aida64 corporate version. I don't remember seeing anything else. Its usually Aida's graphs they show.

 

Jay uses OCCT, along with Afterburner and RivaTuner.
