This but maybe change the case to a Corsair 280x non-RGB and add a hard drive. 8 dollars extra on a Team RGB ram would be good too.

mb511 has some amazing airflow, and if op wants rgb, there's a rgb version of it. for the ram both are fine

The 280x looks really nice, has a lot of fan options, and I really like the design of it with the PSU separated from everything else.
