Just built a new pc and I’m installing Windows 10 on a brand new Hard Drive(never been used), and I keep getting an error saying it can’t install the media drive. I’ve tried Shift+F10 diskpart-clean. Formatting the drive to NTFS(which won’t let me change it because it defaults to FAT32). There are no partitions on here. It just says Drive 0 Unallocated Space. I select New and it tells me how many MB I want to apply. Nothing works. Someone please help me.

Can you format the hard drive in another system? Just because it's new, doesn't mean it's not defective...
