While trying to replace my stock fan with a cooler master AIO in an hp where a lot did not match up. When I pulled off my CPU cooler it ripped out my CPU. I believe that this ruined my fx 8350 black chip, as when I power up the PC I hear the hdd start the GPU and CPU fans turn on the lights on the GPU turn on. But the main question is when I go looking at new motherboards I see a lot of information on chips and chipsets is there that much difference between the models of AMD 4 Ryzen

It didn't look like a messed up any pins but there is nothing from the PC at all. Not even the black start up screen
