vertical graphics card

I recently saw on a youtube video that you could mount your gpu vertically. Anyone knows how you do it or if i can do it with my case? (phanteks p400s tempered glass)

@CableMod has a pretty sweet vertical GPU bracket, which I personally use. It fits in almost every case if it has enough clearance

I used the Kaislin gpu mount, it allows space for my sound card below.
