Motherboard Bending

I am kind of new to higher end pc building and I was wondering if my Dark Rock Pro 4 would cause my motherboard (Asus Rog Strix z390-e) would start to bend overtime.

No, unless you didn't attach it right (mobo or the cooler)

 

If you are REALLY concerned (they make bigger coolers than that) sit your desktop on its side so gravity isn't doing its thing.

No, it won't. Coolers that use solid back plate won't bend your motherboard unless you don't tighten them properly.
