Mouse lag in every game

Howdy, in the last two weeks, I have noticed that no matter what game I play, If i have V-Sync, G-Sync turned on or off, there appears to be mouse lag and its actually driving me pretty mad. I have tried reinstalling drivers to see if that might help but to no effect. Any thoughts on what could be the issue?

Are you using multi monitors? Are you streaming a show or movie from 'Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, ect'?

Only using one monitor and I'm not streaming anything. Is there a way to download older drivers, from before the 22nd of April?

I think so from Nvidia's website. Also close any monitoring software/rgb software you have open and see if that is an issue. You might be also having mouse acceleration vs input delay from the mouse.
