What do you mean by "the CPU does to it's maximum" ?

Is the CPU fan running at full speed?

When gaming, or under heavy load, it is NORMAL for the CPU and GPU usage to go up to 80%+ usage.

Well the cpu goes to 95% usage but the rx570 stays at like 20 and for example fortnite runs at 768p on 20fps so something is wrong?

Sounds like a bottleneck. 100% CPU usage means the graphics card is underutilized because it just can't do more work.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

That is most definitely not the problem a rx570 doesn't bottleneck an i5 3570k.also I tried the videocard on my personal pc which has a ryzen 5 2400g and the same problem accured

Could be using integrated graphics then. Also, quote people so they see we your response.

Do you have latest AMD drivers installed?

https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-570

What this i5-3570K system running a different video card before (e.g. nVidia card)?

By any chance, are you running the game in Windowed Mode....or anything other than Full Screen?

I would also check the status of the GPU while in-game (e.g. GPU and Memory frequency, temperature, etc).

Ah. this too!

Make sure your display / monitor is connected to the ports on the back of the RX-570, and NOT the back of the motherboard.

PSU?

Are you plugged into the motherboard or GPU?

Reinstall drivers.

I have the drivers installed used ddu before that and I am also using the graphics card video output and not the one from the motherboard and I'm using full screen
