Division 2 Black screen on launch

When I open Div 2, all I get is a black screen, and the afterburner OSD with 0 fps,

Things I've tried

looking for config.cfg

verifiying game files

moving to C:/ drive

 

should I reinstall?

Try running it without afterburner running.  Some games don't like it.

I tried, I turned off everything IIRC (discord, steam, wallpaper engine etc)
