I want to buy an SSD, and since I don't really know much about these I'd like to ask:

Should I buy this:
KINGSTON SSD SATA2.5" 240GB TLC/SA400S37/240G
or this:
Samsung SSD 860 EVO SATA III 2.5 inch 250 GB - MZ-76E250B/EU

Or are there any recommendations for a price range of up to 80 euro? Thank you!

For the price difference, I would buy the Kingston SSD since it's almost half the price of the Samsung drive.

Or buy a larger kingston drive for the same price as the Samsung drive...

If you're looking for other drives, the MX500 is my budget recommendation.

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

But which one is let's say more "efficient"?

And as for the same price, is this a good choice? KINGSTON SSD SATA2.5" 480GB TLC/SA400S37/480G KINGSTON

Yes. Buy that. Samsung has cool features but aren't worth the price at the low end.
