Screen frame rate speed

So there is an option for vsync in fortnite, should i use it?

my graphics can go above 144 frames and my screen refresh rate is 75hz should i turn it on?

TL:DR

Having FPS above refresh rate can still be beneficial, just not as much as if you actually had the higher refresh rate to go with.

If you feel too much bothered by screen tearing, active v-sync to lock it to 75fps alongside the 75hz refresh rate, however if the screen tearing does not bother you and you want as much of an advantage you can get leave it uncapped.

Jumping FPS can be an issue because the smoothness of AIM depends on it, so lower framerate locked means your aim will be consistent and it jumping can make it less accurate

I believe that would be the case if your fps was within reach of the refresh rate, when it surpasses it though having more frames available to always pull the latest one as per the video seems to offer the most accurate aiming.
