Hi all I am new to the forum any ways to the point, I have just built a new pc and seem to be having some issues with it and have been trying to figure out what it is so decided to come see if anyone can help out, the issue is while playing a game the monitor go's off and the mouse and keyboard stop working but the system is still running and all fans are running and lights in the case are on the only thing I can do is to turn it off from the back off the PCU and when I turn it back on everything seems fine till the next time it does it again,

My Components are:

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

Asus ROG Strix X470-F Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB 2x8GB DDR4 3200Mhz (not running at them speeds)

Asus ROG Strix RTX 2070 O8G Graphics Card

Samsung SSD 1Tb 970 Pro M.2

Corsair RM750x 80 Plus Gold, 750 W PSU

Monitor is: ACER Predator XB271HUB 27" led Monitor (2560 x 1440)

Mouse: Corsair M65

Keyboard: Corsair K55

Any help would be very appreciated Thanks

Are you able to narrow it down to something more specific than games? Like, does it happen with any game? Does it happen after twenty minutes or is it more like an hour or two? Also, maybe just run down the checklist, do you have old or broken graphics drivers? Is windows updated (I'm sure I'll get flak for that)? There may be BIOS updates as well. Lastly, make sure it is games before you jump to conclusions. I've seen plenty of cases where the user, myself included sometimes, blames X when its not really the cause.

Its done it in more than one game the main one I play at the moment is battlefield V but it has done it while just browsing the net, (im not blaming anything at the moment) as for time of it happening it is just random can be an hour or more sometimes, BIOS is up to date, graphics drivers are are upto date as well plus windows if fully up to date to, have double checked all drivers and cant seem to see anything there.
