So I have two (maybe three can't see that well) bent pins on my 2600X cpu and I am sort of worried. The pins are pins that are on the very outer edge of the pin array. I tried putting the CPU in the socket and it fitted and dropped in normally as if I were just installing a new CPU onto a new board. With this in mind, should I be able to boot? (I'm asking since my board is not working right now and will have an RMA) I want to be safe. I have heard of people still being able to run normally even with some bent pins or totally snapped off ones.

Linus' guide for fixing bent motherboard pins should be applicable here too. We can't guarantee anything as some pins are more critical then others.
